Rotating Endo’s
Learn how to add rotation to your endo’s for navigating tighter switchbacks and balance lines. Once you get this, you’ll be popping the rear wheel around in all sorts of trail circumstances with total ease, this technique will feel easy after you’ve logged some practice time! Of note, the difference between an endo and a rear wheel lift is that for an endo you’re using your front brake to help lift the rear wheel.

Yoga Balance Challenge
There are three anchors to great balance I’ve identified, and we explore them in this challenging balance sequence. Our proprioception is also challenged when one of those anchors, vision, is taken away. Proprioception is our ability to sense where our body and limbs are in space using our senses, take a sense away, and balance becomes challenging quickly, and that forces us to really engage and utilize our deep stabilizer muscles, crucial for good posture and protecting the body from the impacts of riding.
