Fezzari launches 30-day return program
Time for a little bike building.
Fezzari recently announced their “Love It or Return It” program that allows customers to return bikes within 30 days even if you’ve ridden it on home trails. Fezzari will even pay for return shipping.
“We believe we build some of the best bikes out there, and we’ve had years of 5-star customer and media reviews to back it,” said Tyler Cloward, Product Manager at Fezzari Bicycles. “We are offering our customers the opportunity to ride their new bike on their own trails and roads, risk free, for 30 days. We are so confident in our product, our fit system, product reviews, and our customer support, that if you don’t love your bike, you can return it for a full refund, and we’ll even pay the return shipping. By adding Love It or Return It to our No Risk, Just Ride Guarantee, we are removing the test-ride-before-you-buy barrier.”
This is a big decision, as returns is a big concern for consumers when buying online. We all know the advantages of online shopping, but even Amazon purchases can become expensive when the product needs to be returned. For bike purchases, shipping costs are now as high as $150, as UPS and FedEx have continued to increase their rates. Thus it is a burden that Fezzari is taking on when allowing a bike to be returned with no restocking fee.
Also included with each new bike is Fezzari’s 23-Point Custom Setup that ensures the bike fits properly. Fezzari builds, tunes, and test rides each bike before it is packed and shipped direct to the rider’s home. Assembly typically takes only a couple of minutes.

This new program speaks to the company’s confidence in their product, online fit system, phone support, and bike packaging. All these areas have to be dialed to minimize the risk of a move such as this.
