DT Swiss hires Marty Caivano to expand Events Program
Former photo journalist and IMBA staffer has joined the DT Swiss team in Colorado.
DT Swiss has hired former IMBA staffer and professional photographer Marty Caivano to help expand its Event and Technical support program. Caivano comes to DT with a wealth of knowledge and mechanical skills (UBI graduate as well as a previous career in photo journalism), a positive outlook, and extreme love for the sport of cycling.
“Marty’s experience and style really stand out and will help us with our goal to expand our support capabilities in North America in the coming years,” said DT Swiss CEO Chip Barbieri. “We are very happy to be working with her.”
Caivano has been working part time for DT since early spring but decided to join the company full time as of August 16. She will be working with Event/Marketing Manager Shane Hensley and will be located on the Front Range of Colorado. When not at an event you can find Caivano on her bike riding some great Colorado single track.
