Cannondale Prototype DH Bike Has Two Shocks
After lots of speculation, Cannondale has finally lifted the lid on its new in-development downhill bike. The big news: It has two shocks.
One is piggy back-style that’s mounted inside the downtube, the other is a non-piggy back positioned in the front triangle. Having a hard time envisioning that. Press play to see for yourself.

And here’s the Cannondale take on its project, which has no specific timeline or release date at this point.
“Downhill is the ultimate proving ground, a place where relentless innovation requires fearless determination and a bit of creativity. For Cannondale, downhill racing is a kindred spirit, an attitude that has pushed the boundaries time and time again. Cannondale returns to the sport after a decade-long hiatus, bringing new knowledge and a fresh approach. We are here to test, here to learn and here to race.”
