The amount of work, passion, and long hours that have been devoted to making this event happen year after year is immeasurable – thank you to our team, the trail builders, the clubs, the communities, our sponsors and partners, and to our racers who out there logging their training hours around the world in all conditions and all terrains. We want to express our immense gratitude to all of you for sharing our vision for this unique adventure – we are proud to call you all our friends.
We invite you to take a minute to look back at some of our defining, cherished, and colourful moments over the last decade. We have created an abundance of incredible memories with some remarkable, and often times peculiar folks – and we wouldn’t change a thing!
In our tenth year we sold out in four days and have filled an international field of 600 racers from 36 countries. We cannot wait for them to be unleashed into the legendary lush, forested, and finely crafted singletrack of British Columbia.
Racers will arrive to North Vancouver for the 2016 edition of the BC Bike Race on Wednesday, July 6. The race will begin in Cumberland on July 7 and continue on to stages in Powell River, Sechelt, North Vancouver, and Squamish, before ending in Whistler on July 13, 2016.
