After a wet and cold race in Zermatt Joe takes the time to share a few of his bike set up tips from the weekend. If you suffer from cold hands, howling brakes or get muck in your eyes then there will be some good info inside to boost your MTB set up.

Joe Barnes was in need of some action and get the blood pumping – and the only safe way was to invent some virtual reality! You heard it here first. Riding footy was collected in February while out timing in preparation for our postponed trip to the first two EWS rounds.

Joe heads out back for his daily dose of exercise, eats a tangerine and tracks a dear off the mountain.

What has Fergus gone and done now? The lads head down the road in Fergs bus to pick up their new kit and build the teams 2020 bikes at Orange HQ. Sampling some excellent riding and winter conditions along the way the first team camp of the year goes just nicely.
