The organizers of the Mavic Trans-Provence have a very clear idea of what mountain biking should be all about: racing excitement, adventurous trepidation, insane amounts of singletrack, huge terrain variety, mind-bending elevation changes and benevolent camaraderie. If the highlight video of this years race gets you hooked on, take the chance to grab one of 60 public spots for the 2016 event.
2016 Entry
Mavic Trans-Provence 2016 is set to be another wild week of adrenaline-filled adventure racing. From 18th to 25th June next year, 80 riders will once again rally their bikes down the epic trails of the Southern French Alps from Embrun to Menton. The itinerary’s start and end points will remain unchanged, but there’ll be plenty of awesome new stuff along the way. As usual, we have a strong pro rider roster confirmed, but there will be 60 public spots opening up on 1 NOVEMBER 2015 to experienced amateur riders from anywhere.
