Champagne shower. Incredibly 5 times Christoph Sauser won the Absa Cape Epic! For most of the pro racers it’s a dream to grab even one win at the legendary race. Christoph Sauser could dominate many Cape Epic stages with his partner Jaroslav Kulhavy in the past years. The Absa Cape Epic is often seen as the ‘Tour de France of Mountainbiking’. You have to be a complete rider to compete well. Stepping out of the spotlight – the retirement of the swiss man will be a big loss for marathon stage racing.
