Last weekend’s 3-Länder Enduro Trails launch heralded the unveiling of twelve brand new enduro-specific trails around Reschensee. Spanning the three countries of Austria, Italy and Switzerland, this venture caters for all abilities – from beginners and families and experienced enduro riders – offering buckets of fun and impressive views. In less than two months the Mountain biking World Champs are going to be held at Vallnord Bike Park in Andorra, so what better time to check it out and what better riders to hit the trails than Cedric Gracia and Jordi Bago? Much like most bike parks, it’s open during the summer months from 25th June until 12th October and is available for all riding abilities and costs €15 per day.

Cedric Gracia is a bit of a legend in the enduro world. The Frenchman comprises of a cool, calm and collective nature and definitely brings that confidence out on both trails and by hitting big features, winning Red Bull Rampage back in 2003. 2013 hit and announcing his retirement came as a shock, but now his focus is on teaching the up and coming riders of the world with Jordi Bago at his ‘CG Fun Camps’ – More info on these camps can be seen here: CG Fun Camps

The best way to describe Steffen is as a bit of a mountain bike fanatic. Growing up in the 80s, he spent his teenage years riding the hiking paths around the Black Forest, Lake Garda and in the Tyrolean Alps in particular. Excessive climbing was obligatory back then, with bike parks and kindly lift operators unheard of. Despite being called XC, it really only had one objective: shredding the best trails imaginable. For Steffen, mountain bikes were his escape from society, a chance to reevaluate the essentials.
