One of the perennial favorite New England and East Coast riding locations, Killington, Vermont, hosted the Eastern States Cup for the final of the biggest series in the Eastern part of the US. Lots of slick roots and tight, steep trails to contend with. This round was won by Lauren Petersen in the Women’s division and Seamus Powell on the Men’s side of things. Enjoy the video below.

There can be no question that the POC Scottish Enduro Series has been a great success, the first four rounds wound their way around Scotland offering up some superb riding, and most rounds were sell-outs. For years we have been saying that Scotland needs its own series, uniting riders from all over Scotland and Northern England and showcasing the high level of talent and locations that Scotland...

The California Enduro Series wrapped up this last weekend, October 10-12, with the Bell Santa Cruz Super Enduro taking place in Soquel Demonstration State Forest in the Santa Cruz mountains. For many, this was the finale of the race season, and no doubt the most physically challenging of the series.

There was a double celebration for New Zealand mountain biking over the weekend. In one of the toughest events on the international calendar, Kim Hurst won the Elite women’s 24-hour Solo World Cross-country Championships in Fort William, in Scotland, with Erin Greene, third, Amanda Brooks won the 40-44 women’s category and Ryan Hunt took gold in Under-23 Men. Fellow Kiwi John White was second in 60 plus Men and James Maguire did it all in one gear to take 4th in the Singlespeed category.
