It’s the end of another awesome mountain bike season for most of us. You had a killer season, saw lots of old friends and made a bunch of new ones. You visited new places and returned to ones you loved. It other words, it was totally fantastic. But maybe your race results didn’t go as you wanted them to. Now is the time to look ahead and start thinking about next year and what you want to achieve. But we can’t do that without looking back and evaluating ourselves against our goals for this past summer.

OneUp Components has established itself as a provider of 42er sprockets for 1×10 drivetrains. Gradually, the Americans have expanded their range and placed new products on the market to optimize shifting performance. In addition to a 16 tooth sprocket which improves the gear ratios, they followed with a RAD Cage switch arm, which changes the position of the upper shifting jockey wheel of the Mid-Cage Shimano rear derailleur and so should improve performance even further.

How to Change the Brake Fluid of an Avid / SRAM Brake
If your brakes are behaving strangely, perhaps the braking point moves on the descent, the brake lever can be pulled all the way to the handlebar or the brake is older than a year, then perhaps it is time to carry out a fluid bleed. We show you now how this is done properly with an Avid or SRAM brake, removing all air from inside the system.

There are many myths associated with the service of Fox suspension forks. Often you read that if you delve into the inner workings of the forks you will no longer be covered by a warranty! This is utter Nonsense! Forks need attention and according to Fox they are glad if everybody with the confidence to service their own fork, does it. It is very important that the fork get’s serviced regularly!
