Race Preview | La Thuile Enduro 2015
Here we are with the first leaks about one of the most exciting enduro races in the international panorama. La Thuile Enduro is back! During the 11th and 12th July 2015 La Thuile – Aosta Valley – will host the second edition of La Thuile Enduro , as the forth round of the new born Italian Coppa Italia Championship Enduro FCI.
All the Italian top riders will line up on the scratch at the La Thuile Enduro and we are pretty sure that many other racers of the Enduro World Series will pin the date in Their diary. This is the best chance to keep fit one week before the French round of the EWS of Samoens, only 100 km away. The race of La Thuile will take place over two days (‘weekend formula’) and it promises to be a truly amazing event, techy and challenging. The race format will conform as much as possible to the international standard, with limited pre-race runs and very long special stages, among the longest in the whole world enduro.
La Thuile offers some of the most remarkable views in the Alps and at the same time presents a number of exciting trails and technical challenges. The elevation gain of each one of the special stages is simply shocking. During the racing weekend the bikers will face more than 4000 meters of descent, over almost 30 km of Special Stages. The transfers will be Both by uplift and pedaling, Following The proper Italian Enduro spirit. The fantastic, La Thuile-based, organizing crew who will collaborate with the Super Enduro staff, recognized as one of the best hosts of the EWS 2014. Besides this, you will find the typical Aostan welcome , the great food and the very special scenery of the valley and village of La Thuile.
