Enduro World Series Whistler Crankworx – Video & Results

Round 5 of the Enduro World Series went off in Whistler and the Whistler Mountain Bike Park as the ultimate test of bike handling skills, fitness and mental toughness.

After racing 19km of trails, tallying a total of 51km of riding, Australia’s Jared Graves won his first round of the EWS while French legend Anne Caroline Chausson had her own maiden victory of the series.

Yeti’s Jared Graves and SRAM-Blackbox-rider Jerome Clementz ensured that this race was damn exciting. Jey won 3 of the 4 first stages and then had a clean and nice run from Top of the world in stage 5.

But in Enduro racing anything is possible: In stage 5 Jared Graves was on fire and shaved off 20 seconds of Jey, which was enough for the win. “Look at this time!” was the all the commentator could say!

It’s great to see riders like Kiwi Jamie Nicoll, Adam Craig (USA) and French Cube-Action-Team-Rider Nico Lau within the Top-5!

In the women’s category Tracy Moseley finished second behind Anne Caro Chausson. Third place for Cecile Ravanel.
