Bike Porn: The Trek “Project One Superfly” 9.9

During the SRAM Trailhouse event, late March, Moab, Utah, we had the opportunity to ride some pretty amazing equipment. Absolute top shelf frames, kitted out with the best components available. We recently received a gallery of gorgeous photos of the test bikes ridden in Moab. Looking at these shots, and remembering the unreal landscapes from Utah, it was really hard for us NOT to fall in love with the bikes. This is why we decided to put up a few articles with some of the finest mountain bikes you will see this summer. Not a lot of words here, just bike porn. Drool worthy and intended to get your heart rate up.

The first model we present today is a unique Trek Superfly FS 9.9 beautifully customized from Trek’s “Project One” program. With 100mm of rear wheel travel, and 120mm up front in the new RS-1 (check out our review here), this thing was an ultra efficient, trail gobbling machine.
