It is hard to believe now that Team Qhubeka-Assos was only saved at the 11th hour last year and that the team seemed all but doomed. Although Qhubeka-Assos only has one victory to its name this season, the squad’s jersey has been consistently at the sharp end of the racing action.
The team has now released episode three of its seven-part ‘Race for Change’ video series, taking us on a behind-the-scenes tour of the preparation, excitement, agony, and sense of achievement of participating in and finishing “La Doyenne”, Liège–Bastogne–Liège. The first two episodes in the series have proved a huge hit; this one should be no different.
