Quiz: Can you guess the bike from the silhouette?
The recent wave of aero-designed road bikes with integrated cockpits and dropped seatstays has seen a flurry of suggestions that all bikes now look like a Specialized Tarmac. If that were true, the quiz you’re about to do would be downright impossible.
Thankfully the latest bikes do offer nuances and differences in design and approach, and there are little tells to seperate a Cannondale SuperSix from a Wilier Zero SLR, or a Specialized Roubaix from a Giant Defy. And so with that we’ve created the ultimate bike nerd quiz, leaving just the silhouettes of new and older road steeds for you to place a name to.
