Emma Pooley World Champion Time Trial

emma-podiumCervélo TestTeam’s Emma Pooley (GBR) claimed a 15 second victory in the women’s time trial in Geelong, Australia, and won her first rainbow jersey to add to Beijing silver in 2008.

Cervélo TesTeam’s Emma Pooley (Great Britain) won the women’s World Championship time trial in Geelong, just outside Melbourne, Australia. Fastest at all the checkpoints, the British champion flew around the 22.8km course in a time of 32’48”44, the only rider to go below 33 minutes.
