US Congresswoman Deb Haaland to Speak at Women’s Outdoor Summit

Get ready for the biggest femme-focused outdoor industry event of the year.

The Women’s Outdoor Summit has grown from an inaugural 200 attendees to a whopping 3,700 this year. Organizers are tailoring the event for “cis and trans women in the outdoors” — outdoor enthusiasts, outdoor industry employees, athletes, nonprofit leaders, CEOs, business owners, and more.

Just announced, the 3-day virtual event will kick off on March 11 with a welcome speech by U.S. Congresswoman Deb Haaland. Haaland will join three other keynote speakers at the event. Many more women will present at the summit as panel and discussion leaders.

Summit participants can expect to connect, learn, discuss, and, most importantly, have fun — with panel discussions and workshops on topics like hiking, sustainability, and more.

The event runs March 11-13 and is completely virtual this year. It’s organized by Outdoor CEO Diversity Pledge founder Teresa Baker, JAM Collective, and Ravel Media.
