The North Face Launches International Olympic Climbing Collection

Get ready to rep your home team at the Olympics with this athlete-inspired apparel from The North Face.

In less than a month, the world will come together (mostly virtually) to watch the greatest athletes compete on the global stage. That’s right, we’re talking the Olympics. This year marks the first year that sport climbing will take the international stage as an Olympic sport. And if you’re a climbing fan, you’ll want to be ready.

The North Face is the official apparel sponsor for several international teams (USA, Japan, South Korea, and Austria) — meaning it designed all the teams’ climbing competition uniforms.

Following those designs closely, The North Face decided to create a fan version for all us non-Olympians to wear.

The North Face International Collection

This collection includes a “range of special edition logowear and athlete-inspired designs,” The North Face announced. And the pieces all derive from the climbing competition uniforms of Team USA and others.

The collection includes tees, hoodies, jackets, and more. All look like fanatic-friendly garments perfect for cheering on your home team, or maybe even sporting when you head out to train or climb.

Our favorites? The Anorak Pullover (men’s and women’s, $89) and Tech Throwback Cap ($28).

In addition to apparel, you can get an International Collection Base Camp Duffel, Spectator Bucket Hat, and other fun accessories.
