Olympic Ski Racer Trades Gates for Face Shots in ‘Return of the Turn’ Part 12

It’s a tale as old as sports: Take a champion athlete, put them in the wilderness, and see what happens. You know it won’t be boring.

Olympic super-G racer River Radamus makes the “hottest, nastiest arcs you’ve ever seen.”

That’s from the video description of Return Of The Turn‘s latest ski edit in Alaska, and the fan love of Radamus remains crystal clear throughout.

The Olympic gold medalist speaks humbly about strapping on his skis in the backcountry, but there’s little to suggest he wasn’t completely prepared to shred with the best of them. For this adventure, he joins Marcus Caston for some heliskiing over that one-of-a-kind Alaskan powder.

Once Radamus starts doing his thing, any legit snow hound will feel the urge to hop on a plane to the far north and join him.
