Hang Out in ENO’s First Hammock Made With 100% Recycled Nylon
ENO has big plans for sustainability in its future. And those plans start with its first 100% recycled hammock.
Think ENO hammocks are already great? Think again, because the TechNest could be its best one yet. And by best, we mean most sustainable. And maybe more comfy (we’ll have feedback once we test ours out).
The new TechNest Hammock ($100) is ENO’s first hammock made with 100% recycled nylon and is bluesign-approved.
Compared to ENO’s flagship SingleNest and DoubleNest hammocks, the TechNest is 5% longer, with a 9.5-foot hammock body length instead of the others’ 9-foot length. Despite being a larger hammock, the TechNest is actually an ounce lighter than the DoubleNest. To reduce weight, the TechNest is 40-denier nylon, whereas the Single and Double are both 70-denier.
Finally, the TechNest has a larger cargo pouch/pocket on the center of the hammock, perfect for stashing a headlamp or snacks and big enough to fit a tablet or book.
