‘Das Boat’ Heads to American Northeast in Newly Dropped Season

In this season of ‘Das Boat,’ the MeatEater crew takes their waterborne adventures to the American Northeast.

A Jersey boy himself, Joe Cermele brings a sense of East Coast flamboyance wherever he lands. And this time, he’s taking the helm of “Das Boat” for the entire season. He’s primed to take the new-to-the-crew 1973 Mako out for several rips.

The first episode brings Cermele back to his home waters, with his buddy Ryan Callaghan in tow. They chase stripers on the Jersey Shore, a fish vitally important to the region and to Cermele’s life as a burgeoning angler.

Will the Mako prove seaworthy? You’ll have to watch to find out. And keep an eye out for weekly drops of season 3. Or save ’em all up to binge at once.
