MADE Roundup: All-Road & Gravel Bike Extravaganza + More Cool Bikes
My MADE Show coverage would not be complete, I’m told, without the obligatory “All-road/ Gravel Bike Roundup”. So, in my attempt to appease the editorial gods, here are some amazing all-road and gravel bikes that caught my eye. These bikes had cool features, were unique and different, or were just plain ol’ eye candy.
Some of the bikes in the following list were bikes that I was only able to shoot while in their booths, and some were shot outside. This distinction is in no way a reflection of the coolness factor of the bikes, just a matter of “what kind of time I had” logistics.
As I mentioned before, there was just so much to cover. Enjoy ’em.
Awesome All-Road & Gravel Bikes
Stinner Frameworks
Located in Santa Barbara, California, Stinner Frameworks is the maker of “top-tier steel and titanium using some of the lightest and highest-quality tubing in the world”. Check out this Stinner Refugio Gravel Bike, it’s a stunner (see what I did there?)

Moots Cycles Routt CRDD 750d
The Moots Cycles Routt CRDD, the bike with the 750d wheels size was the talk of the MADE Show when it opened. We even covered it at the beginning of the show. So, naturally, I snagged it, took it outside, and took some photos of it. Check it out.

Liberation Fabrication
Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Eva Kloiber founded Liberation Fab back in 2022. The contagious level of stoke is a breath of fresh air when speaking with her about her brand and her creations. I didn’t have time to take the Y’All Road out of the booth for a photo session, unfortunately, but it was a really cool bike with some neat details. Take a look-see.

Pine Cycles
Pine Cycles was founded by Kevin McClelland and Tyler Hubble. They partner with Lunchtime Bike Co. to help them make batch-produced American-made, BIPOC-Femme-Tig-welded steel bicycle frames in Portland, Oregon. The Rasa is an uber versatile frame that can be built up any way you want. They had a few different examples at the show, but this one caught my eye. Enjoy.

BTCHN Bikes
BTCHN Bikes is located in Chico, California, and consists of racer, bike wrench, machinist/fabricator, and frame builder Tyler Reiswig. This brass welded, beautifully raw bike is loaded with, what Grant Petersen would call “beausage”… you know that lovely patina a bike takes on when it is well used and loved mucho. Look closely, and you’ll see that this bad boy has a mixed wheelset and an eccentric rear drop-out to adjust chain tension.

Velo Orange
Mayland’s own Velo Orange had this really beautiful bike on display, their Rando. It had a gorgeous paint job and looked to be a simple, multi-surface bicycle that would be super fun to ride. My favorite part was the elegantly scant, seat-stay yolk.

Page Street
Another Portland, Oregon local, Page Street Cycles had, what looked like a Swiss Army Knife of a bike on display. Page Street is the combined bike power that is Chis Igleheart and Joseph Ahearne. Between the two of them, there is more than a lifetime of bicycle experience there. The bike on display had some neat details to it, including the obvious and beautiful Ingleheart segmented fork.

Ira Ryan Cycles
Like a few in this list, Ira of Ira Ryan Cycles calls Portland, Oregon home. In 2005 Ira started building bikes out of steel with the goal of blending what he loves about traditional bicycle design and frame building with modern standards. With a motto like: “Keep it simple. Make it beautiful. Ride bikes”. His bikes are just that with their simple, elegant lines and timeless beauty and style.
